Refund and Return Policy
Our refund and returns policy is lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your order delivery, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Smartphones & Laptops (because after unboxing of these products not covered in fresh items).
- Product value more than or equal to ₹ 4999/- then no return facility (but return may be accepted, if defected or damage).
- Downloadable software products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund in order cancellation:
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, the refund will be processed immediately. Amount will be credited to your original payment method with in 5 to 7 business days.
Return & Refund (Post Delivery):
In case of a return request after delivery, the refund will be initiated only after the returned product is received and verified by our team. once approved, the refund will be processed with in 24 hours. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] If return or exchange approved, then you should send your item to our registered office’s address that is “FinolusTech, 32-B, munot nagar, outside nehru nagar, Beawar Rajasthan, Postal code – 305901”.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email and message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning item. if any case, shipping cost paid by you then you will receive the cost of return shipping with your main product refund amount.
